History: TM500_1993 This layer utilised the LANDSAT TM data collected as part of the 1990-1993 tree cover change project. Imagery used in this dataset was acquired primarily over summer 1992/93 with dates ranging from December 1992 to March 1993. TM500_1995 This layer utilised the LANDSAT TM data collected as part of the 1990-1995 Agricultural land cover change project. Processing of this dataset included the use of the ERIM image restoration algorithm giving a much sharper image than previously achieved with the TM100_1993 dataset. Imagery used in this dataset was acquired primarily over summer 1994/95 with dates ranging from December 1994 to February 1996. Relationship to other Datasets: This layer is derived from TM50095, which is derived from TM100_(xy) Current Design Issues: This layer has been designed to store remotely sensed LANDSAT image mosaics for use in geospatial applications Related Documents: None
