The State Observation Bore Network (SOBN) is a n extensive network of groundwater monitoring bores across Victoria managed by the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning. The information gathered from these bores provides water resource managers with key data and knowledge to manage groundwater resources in Victoria.
This dataset is derived from the Victorian Water Measurement Information System database.
