This dataset contains primary geological data, namely outcropping/sub-cropping geological rock units. This layer has been superseded by the Seamless Geology layer - SG_GEOLOGICAL_UNIT_250K The data have been collected by the Geological Survey of Victoria. The dataset is accompanied by other datasets representing structural lines, miscellaneous lines, miscellaneous polygons, metamorphism, and placer deposits.
