Lineage
- Description
- Any laser points classified as dams, lakes, channels or rivers were hydro-flattened. Hydro-flattening was done automatically based on the average point height for each water body as defined by a manually placed polygon which encompassed the water body. The DEM was then derived from a triangulated ground model created from the classes Ground and Water. The DEM points are exported on the even metre and gaps up to 100m (e.g. houses) are interpolated and filled. The DEM is supplied as 1000m ASCII tiles.
