EPA maintains a searchable list of sites or properties with a Preliminary Risk Screen Assessments issued in accordance with Section 204 of the Environment Protection Act 2017.
Preliminary risk screen assessments (PRSAs) look for possible land contamination. PRSAs relate to a site’s existing or proposed future use. PRSAs don’t replace environmental audits, they work out whether there’s a need for an Environmental Audit
recommend the scope for the environmental audit if it’s required.
This dataset mirrors the PRSA data available on EPA's website, but may not be up to date due to data transfer processes. For the most up to date data, go to EPA's website public register page.
