This dataset is best used in conjunction with VMFEAT_BUILDING_POINT and VMFEAT_PL_PLACE_AREA_POLYGON to show undefined buildings across the state. It may be used in conjunction with the VMFEAT_FOI_POINT to show the polygon of larger defined buildings. This is a fundamental spatial reference file that describes the feature, location. compatible with Vicmap Features of Interest dataset - no duplication of features
