2008-09 Future Coasts Victorian Bathymteric DEM and contour values across tile boundaries have been constructed to ensure smooth consistent bathymetry values. 

Missing Data

Voids exist in bathymetry values in shallow water areas due to the Lidar sensor unable to reach sea floor from factors such as wave break and turbidity.

Description

To generate the bathymetry DEM, the classified sea floor points are interpolated into a TIN then converted into regularly spaced grids, before being outputted to ASCII XYZ formats.
