The VWAD includes features such as lakes, rivers, creeks, wetlands, water storages, estuaries, groundwater aquifers, springs, large marine intertidal zones, but does not include specific irrigation and water supply infrastructure such as irrigation channels, bores and irrigation distribution networks.
