Dataset Source: Using the 1:250,000 maps with the current regional boundaries marked on them, obtained from the written description, the boundaries were then prepped at 1:100,000. Boundaries were then derived from HYDRO100 and ROAD100 or digitised by the former Drafting Services Branch. Dataset Originality: Primary

Description

Minimal processing occurred. Features were transferred from the parent coverages, such as HYDRO100 and ROAD100 where applicable. Other arcs were digitised and then the coverage built for line and polygon. Clean was to be avoided at all costs.
