Positional Accuracy:
As per the LGA_POLYGON dataset obtained from the VicMap ADMIN product, this dataset is created by amalgamating the LGA's from LGA_POLYGON to form the OAAV regions. Therefore the positional accuracy will only be as good as the underlying data it was derived from.
Attribute Accuracy:
100% complete.
Logical Consistency:
The dataset has been visually checked. All polygons have either been closed using ArcToolbox within ArcGIS, or its topology corrected when imported into ArcSDE.

Current Design Issues: The CHMR data layer was created to provide information to AAV, NRE and the general community regarding the appropriate source of advice, information and referral in matters relating to regional Aboriginal cultural heritage

Future Design Issues: The regional cultural heritage program boundaries are based on Local Aboriginal community boundaries in Schedule IIA of the Commonwealth Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act (1984). These boundaries are likely to change following negotiations between communities and relating the Native Title issues.
