Vicmap Topographic Themes - Features of Interest (FOI) Index Extent Polygon

dataset: VTT_FOI_INDEX_EXTENT
VTT_FOI_INDEX_EXTENT is part of the Vicmap Topographic Themes (VTT) prooduct. This dataset is a superset of FOI_INDEX_EXTENT and includes the current and retired states of each feature instance. It supports feature versioning (RETIRE_DATE_UFI) and enables feature edit chaining (UFI_OLD). Part of the VTT Features of Interest dataset Polygon extent of ALL features of interest records within Victoria. It holds ALL features ONCE regardless of whether they were derived from a point, line or polygon feature.

Purpose
Vicmap Features of Interest - A dynamic Victorian database of features of interest such as education centres, community centres, care & emergency facilities, power lines, power facilities, towers, landmarks This is a fundamental spatial reference file that describes the feature, location and name. This database will assist users in asset management, web based search and find, dispatch, delivery and routing, and map production.
