- Description
- Control used for the rectification of the PAN images is based on Vicmap Road data and GPS forest roads data. The GPS forest road data is c/o- Jean-Marc Porigneaux,GIS Project Officer, DSE, 71 Hotham Street, Traralgon, 3844.The rectification was performed using Erdas Imagine 8.7 LPS module using spot5 model and ephemeris information.All images have been orthorectifed using Vicmap elevation DEM v1.Rectification of the XI image was matched to the orthorectified PAN image. The RMSE spatial accuracy of the panchromatic image is calcualted as approximately two pixels i.e 5m.
