The layer provides source data for groundwater to the Victorian Water Resources Data Warehouse which was closed down November 2013. This was recently replaced by WMIS:

The latest update (Oct 2013) for this dataset is from the GMS (as all previous datasets have been). Next update will be from WMIS.
