The Elevation Lidar will be used for multiple purposes, including the assessment of waterways health, flood modelling, contribution to Vicmap Elevation DEMs and bushfire recovery for the protection of key biodiversity areas located in this region. This AOI fills a gap left in the Regional Forest Agreement (RFA) coverage of 2019-20 and delivers the same forest model products to ensure the set if RFA data products are contnuous through this area.
