Dataset Source: This dataset was interpolated using data from the AUSEABED database and from MAFRI sediment samples. The gridding scale is of 0.01 degree Dataset Originality: Derived 
Description
Collection Method: transects, landsat imagery 
Description
Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) was used. 3 nearest neighbour. Then the grid was reclassed into 20% classes for sand and converted to a polygon coverage.
