- Dataset Source: The extent of the MSA is based on the amendment VC68 growth areas, the 28 existing precincts, the outer Metropolitan Ring Transport Corridor/E6 Road Reservation, Regional Rail Link corridor and the area of investigation outline on page 5-6 of the Program Report (DPCD, 2009). Source data: > MSA_BCS_EXTENT (includes 16 of the 28 precincts, the Outer Metropolitan Ring Road and E6 road reservation) > Precinct structure Plan boundaries as of 24 April 2012 (provided by Growth Areas Authority) > Regional Rail Link boundary as of 11 March 2011 (provided by Dept.
