  • Polygons delineating boundaries of Salinity Regions (not current).

  • This layer contains line and point features delineating morphology and related features. All features are identified and coded according to the Australian Standard Geographic Information Systems Geographic Data Interchange of feature-coded digital mapping data AS2482-1989. Data has been derived from Land Victoria's State Digital Map Base topographic data and converted from Microstation .DGN format to Arc/Info format. NB: This product is obsolete. For maintained data please refer to Vicmap Elevation.

  • Estimated long-term mean monthly evaporation interpolated to a 500m grid cell using the DEM250 layer and the ESOCLIM software.

  • Estimated long-term mean annual evaporation interpolated to a 500m grid cell using the DEM250 layer and the ESOCLIM software.

  • Estimated long-term mean monthly daily minimum temperature interpolated to a 500m grid cell using the DEM250 layer and the ESOCLIM software.

  • This layer is a data fusion of LANDSAT Thematic Mapper and SPOT Panchromatic satellite imagery. The layer combines the multi-spectral characteristics (bands 5,4 and 3 or 2) of the LANDSAT and the spatial (10 metre) resolution of the SPOT to provide image data applicable to scales up to 1:25,000. The image pixel resolution is 10 metres. The image dates range from 1992 onwards for SPOT and 1993 onwards for LANDSAT TM.

  • This layer contains the line and polygon features depicting the outline of Victoria and major waterbodies at 1:500,000. The linework was derived from the VICMAP 1983 Digital map of Victoria.

  • This layer contains coastal and marine related features represented by points and lines. All features are identified and coded according to the Australian Standard Geographic Information Systems - Geographic Data - Interchange of feature-coded digital mapping data AS2482-1989. Data has been derived from Land Victorias State Digital Map Base - Topographic data and converted from Microstation .DGN format to Arcinfo format. NB: This layer is obsolete.
