Generation of FCM rasters for Parks Victoria from the 2021-2022 DTV lidar capture over the Daylesford and Woodend block

This project was kicked off by the major flooding events in oct 2022, to generate water extent to help with the emergency managemnt. Both optical and SAR imagery were tasked.
